Terms of Service
Effective date: 3 October 2026
These terms govern your use of RugSniffer (rugsniffer.com, the "Service", "we"). By using the Service you accept them. Contact: support@rugsniffer.com.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use crypto-related information services where you live.
2. What the Service is
RugSniffer automatically scans new tokens launched on pump.fun (Solana), checks them for common scam patterns and publishes scores, signals, exit alerts, trends and a track record. Everything is produced by an algorithm from third-party data (pump.fun, Solana RPC providers, RugCheck, DexScreener, news feeds). That data can be wrong, late or incomplete, and so can our results.
Not financial advice. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Memecoins are extremely risky: most lose all of their value within hours, and you can lose everything you put in. Past results, including the track record, paper trades and backtests, do not predict future results. Paper trades are simulations, not real trades. You alone decide what to buy and sell, and you bear the full risk.
RugSniffer never trades for you, never holds your funds, and will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Anyone who does is not us.
3. Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep your account to yourself and do not share access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Pro plan and payments
- The current price is shown on the Pro page ($19.99 for 30 days at the effective date of these terms).
- Payment is made in USDC or SOL on the Solana network to the address shown on your invoice. Send the exact amount shown: the amount is how we recognise your payment.
- Pro access starts automatically once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Each payment buys 30 days. Nothing renews automatically.
- Pro is digital content supplied immediately. By paying you request immediate access and acknowledge that, to the extent the law allows, you lose the right of withdrawal once access starts. Payments are therefore non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
- If you sent a wrong amount, the wrong token or used the wrong network, email us the transaction signature. We will try to help, but blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by us.
- We may change prices for future periods. Days you have already paid for are not affected.
- You are responsible for network fees and any taxes that apply to you.
5. Acceptable use
Do not resell, republish or automatically copy Pro signals before they become public, scrape the Service in bulk, interfere with its operation, or try to access other accounts or our servers. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Content
The Service, its texts, design, scores and data compilations belong to RugSniffer. You may share links to public pages and quote public information with a link to the source.
7. Availability
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available". Features may change, and the Service may be interrupted or discontinued. We do not guarantee that signals or alerts are delivered at any particular time.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
